A great path says 'follow me'. School garden paths were re-designed to help students enjoy their journey into and around the garden. Over the years and with the help of a landscape architect or two, we developed paths that more clearly mark where students should and should not walk. Borders of flowers or succulents edge paths. From wide paths that accomodate large groups and wheelbarrows, to whimsical tunnels and winding paths under trees, a great path makes the journey fun. Our main paths lead up to the patio, a new seating area installed in 2017 to accomodate a full class or large gathering. Six new tables, all with shade umbrellas, make it easy to lead a whole group in instruction or mingle over lunch.
